This package includes one active job posting on the BDI DataLynk Graduate Job Board, with the ability to refresh or update the posting at any time. Employers receive exposure to both current and past BDI graduates who are actively seeking employment, along with placement of their company logo on the job board for added visibility. Additional job postings may be added for an incremental fee of $100 per month. The subscription may be canceled at any time.
Job Board Access Plus
This package includes one active job posting with employer branding and enhanced job visibility to maximize reach among qualified candidates. Employers also receive resume forwarding support for up to 50 BDI graduates per month, streamlining the connection between your hiring team and certified talent.
Targeted Graduate Match
This package includes everything from the previous tier, along with access to up to 12 pre screened graduates. The BDI team provides resume review and skills alignment, followed by direct candidate introductions to ensure a strong match between employer needs and graduate qualifications.
Full Placement
This offering requires an active membership package and includes a dedicated internal BDI recruiter assigned to support your search. Services include screening interviews, skills matching, and assessment of employer culture and role fit. Fees are assessed per individual placement.
